21st Holtville Rib Cook-off Scheduled for January 28th 2012

Holtville, California - The Holtville Athletic Club has scheduled the 21^st Annual Holtville Rib Cook-off for Saturday January 28^th, 2012.

For the past several years the Holtville Rib Cook-off has been slated for the weekend prior to the NFL Super Bowl which had been previously scheduled for Sunday, February 5^th to be played in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Holtville Athletic Club elected to select a date for the event despite the chance the NFL will need to modify the date of the Super Bowl in the event of a prolonged lockout.
